Tidy Trails

In collaboration with PepsiCo, TSL is implementing "Tidy Trails," a forward-thinking waste management initiative in the heart of Agra. This project, emblematic of TSL's commitment to impactful environmental solutions, focuses on the innovative recycling of plastic waste to craft community furnishings. Aiming to contribute to the circular economy, Tidy Trails pioneers the transformation of recycled plastic into functional and sustainable elements, particularly benches, and donating them to the municipality, market associations and the community at large.

Tidy Trails goes beyond traditional waste reduction methods, actively engaging the local community in Agra. By involving residents and shopkeepers in the creation of these furnishings, the project fosters collaboration, instilling a sense of ownership and environmental responsibility within the community.

Road Safety

The NH 44 Expressway between Delhi-Ambala is one of the most used highways in the country making it vulnerable to a lot of road accidents and fatalities. On an average, approximately 700+ road fatalities occur on this highway every year leading to loss of life and property.

Given the severity of the situation, Yokohama Tires, in collaboration with TSL, adopted the entire stretch to conduct road safety interventions and make it an accident-free highway. The program aims to help mitigate the issue by installing crash barriers and bullnose barriers with End-of-Life Tires (ELT). mitigate the issue by installing crash barriers and bullnose barriers with End-of-Life Tires (ELT). These interventions will help in reduction of crash severity by decreasing deceleration rate of vehicles.

Pankh – De Unke Sapno Ko Udaan

There is a huge gap between the learning outcomes of students studying in government schools/out of school learning centers as compared to learning outcomes of students studying in private schools. Some of the primary reasons being lack of infrastructure, lack of adequate resources for teachers to make learning exciting, lack of motivation in the student etc. Due to some of the above stated reasons, children in the nearby communities feel demotivated to join school which leads to child labor.

IIFL HFL & ADB, in collaboration with TSL, launched PANKH – De Unke Sapno ko Udaan, a project where 10 learning centers have been established near the construction sites for children of migrant workers in various parts of India.

Water ATM

Inaugurated by Shri Aswini Kumar Choubey, Hon'ble Minister of State, Environment, Forest & Climate Change, TSL is implementing a transformative initiative with the support of HSBC addressing water accessibility in Delhi and Gurgaon. The second leg of the project expands to Buxar providing safe and clean drinking water especially in areas affected by high arsenic level. Committed to societal well-being, this project stands as a testament to TSL's dedication and expertise in creating sustainable solutions. The HSBC Water ATMs focus on providing communities in Delhi, Gurgaon, and now Buxar, with easy access to clean and safe drinking water, ensuring a fundamental right for all. By offering access to safe drinking water, the project contributes to improved health and hygiene practices, positively impacting the overall well-being of the communities served.

Mangrove conservation project

In collaboration with Apollo Tyres, TSL is implementing the Mangrove Conservation Project in Kannur, Kerala, a significant endeavor in environmental stewardship. This project reflects TSL’s commitment to sustainability and dedication to impactful conservation initiatives. Focused on the restoration and preservation of mangrove ecosystems in Kannur, the project emphasizes the vital role mangroves play in maintaining biodiversity and acting as natural barriers against coastal erosion. Apollo Tyres' collaboration with TSL showcases a corporate commitment to environmental responsibility, contributing to the well-being of communities in Kannur and the sustainable development of coastal ecosystems. This project not only underscores the importance of environmental conservation but also serves as a beacon of fostering a healthier planet for generations to come.

Tata Salt 'Har Sawal Uthega'

TSL executed the "Desh Ke Liye #Har Sawaal Uthega" campaign for Tata Salt, a pioneering leader in India's branded iodized salt segment, has launched a nationwide initiative to empower children through the power of questioning. At the heart of the "Desh Ke Liye #Har Sawaal Uthega" campaign lies the theme of 'Desh Ki Sehat Desh Ka Namak' (The Nation's Health, The Nation's Salt). The campaign aimed to provide a unique platform for children to spark societal change by raising thought-provoking questions. Recognizing that children challenge the status quo and drive change, this campaign invited real questions from the next generation, reshaping our collective thinking. The campaign underscores the importance of nurturing curiosity in children, recognizing their potential to shape a better future.

Tree Plantation Drive

In collaboration with ITC Hotels, TSL is implementing a Tree Plantation Drive across Delhi-NCR, Bangalore and Mumbai, a green initiative aimed at fostering environmental sustainability and community engagement. The Drive was initiated and inaugurated by Shri Vinai Kumar Saxena, Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of Delhi and Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi, Hon'ble Minister of State, Ministry of External Affairs and Culture ITC Hotels, in its commitment to promote responsible business practices, joins forces with TSL to address the critical issue of deforestation and climate change. The project involves strategic tree plantation drives, focusing on enhancing green cover, conserving biodiversity, and mitigating the impact of carbon emissions. The initiative not only contributes to environmental conservation but also instills a sense of responsibility for the well-being of the planet creating a greener, more sustainable future for communities and ecosystems alike.

TSL Plog Run

Inaugrated by Shri Ashwini Kumar Choubey. Hon'ble Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi, Hon'ble Minister of State, Ministry of External Affairs and Culture, Shri Freddy Svane, Hon'ble Ambassador of Denmark to India and Smt. Hema Malini, Hon'ble MP, Vrindavan. TSL’s Plog Run is a dynamic annual initiative that combines fitness, environmental awareness, and corporate collaboration. Supported by multiple leading corporates, this project exemplifies TSL's commitment to holistic well-being and environmental sustainability. The Plog Run encourages participants to jog while picking up litter, promoting both physical fitness and community-driven cleanliness. With the backing of corporate partners, the initiative gains momentum, fostering a sense of shared responsibility for environmental stewardship. This collaborative effort not only contributes to cleaner communities but also showcases the positive impact achievable through the synergy of corporate support and community engagement.
